The Year 10 students ran the annual school Gala Day to raise money to buy office furniture for the new church.
The Year 10 students travelled to Bourke to give the furniture, and while they were there, they ran a fun evening for the people of the town. This included games, live music, painting and ended with a bush dance.
The furniture that was brought up to Bourke was fitted into the rooms it would be used in.

After 10 years, the church building was finished. A small group travelled from Sydney to Bourke to take part in the opening church service.
The students from Redeemer were given the opportunity to put together a shoebox gift for the children in Bourke. These gifts were handed out to children during the Christmas Day Service.
In October 2015, a group of Year 10 students, staff and our building team travelled to Bourke to provide and build a fence around the Bourke Full Gospel Family Fellowship. The trip was an overwhelming success and a great opportunity to once again build relationships with our friends in Bourke.
Pastor George Mann and his wife had been in the process of constructing a new church building for 10 years.
